You just send a mail to support@quickpay.net, where you describe that you wish to terminate your account. The account can be terminated at the end of any quarter.

In the mail you need to include name of your shop, username and QuickpayId so we can make sure to delete the right one.

We would appreciate if you wrote a comment about why you wish to terminate the account. It might help us improve for the future.

You can also terminate account directly from the manager - picture below show how to browse to that (Our subscription -> Terminate account).
