Registration for QuickPay allows the user's web store to accept online payments.
QuickPay is approved by the respective acquirers of certified software, and transfers between QuickPay and acquirers are in encrypted form.
QuickPay seek that payment over the Internet can take place 24 hours a day every day of the year and we maintain the highest safety procedures. Quickpay undertake at any time to be PCI-approved.
QuickPay is not responsible for any malfunction, but will try as soon as possible to correct any errors. In case of maintenance / technical changes, etc. QuickPay is entitled to interrupt the operation for shorter periods.
Each merchant is responsible to customize its software to its online shop, so that remittances can be made via QuickPay. Quickpay provides the modules free of charge, and they are made available without responsibility.
Each merchant is responsible for payment transfers comply with applicable laws, etc, including the rules of payment legislation, regulations and consumer protection register.
Each merchant will have to agree with acquirers on the use of payment card systems, and is not responsible for changes to the prices set by the acquirers. The merchant agreement concluded between merchant and the acquirer is exclusively a contract between those two parties. Quickpay is not a part of the merchant agreement.
Merchant is obligated to comply with the rules / guidelines as established by the QuickPay and obligated to notify any irregularities in the operation, including suspicion of any third party intrusion.
QuickPay is not liable for losses which you may suffer by possible abuse of the user's password, etc. and any requirements from customers about the return of payments made over the Internet, despite the objections the customer may make.
A merchant can not face QuickPay claim in respect of business interruption, regardless of the cause of these.
QuickPay is entitled without prior notice, to assign its obligations under these general conditions to third parties.
QuickPay has all rights to software used for transfers under these general conditions, and both parties have absolute silence with regard to information concerning the other party and / or third parties which we acquire knowledge.
Public statements of any kind on the counterparty to the agreement must first be approved by him. This Agreement may be terminated by either party by the end of any quarter.
In the event of material breach each party is entitled to immediately terminate the agreement.
Upon termination of the Agreement for any reason therefor, the user is obliged to make such changes to its online shop that payments thereafter are not via QuickPay.
In the case of the user's breach of these general conditions including special legislation and statutory requirements QuickPay are entitled immediately to stop merchants connection.
In the case of discrepancies between QuickPay and Merchant it is agreed that the Danish law must be applied and that the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen must be the venue.
The conditions are valid from 1st June 2010 and terminates all previous agreements regarding QuickPay. Current prices and price structure may change at any time with 3 months notice.
